The Gardner Chamber of Commerce is pleased to welcome Beth Felski as the organization’s new President & CEO as of February 10th, 2025.

Beth Felski is a seasoned community affairs leader with a diverse background in membership organizations. With experience in civic engagement, leadership training, government affairs, and non-profit and economic development initiatives, she brings a wealth of knowledge to the table. Beth’s expertise in collaborating with business and community leaders has given her a unique perspective in developing innovative partnerships to address the challenges faced by business, civic, and non-profit organizations.

Beth’s passion for facilitating and developing strategic solutions with stakeholders to address community needs is well aligned with the role of the Chamber. She holds a degree in American Studies from the University of Kansas and a certificate in Organizational Management from the US Chamber of Commerce.

Beth has served on a variety of boards and committees in the broader Kansas City metro.  In her free time, she enjoys spending time at the lake with family and friends.
